摘　　要：目的了解造血干细胞移植患者隔离期间的心理体验,为护理人员在移植期间更好地实施整体护理提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,以半结构式访谈提纲深入访谈11例造血干细胞移植患者,使用内容分析法分析造血干细胞移植患者隔离期间的真实心理体验。结果造血干细胞移植患者隔离期间心理体验可以概括为以下4个方面:孤独感、恐惧感、歉疚感、被抛弃感。结论护士应重视造血干细胞移植患者隔离期间的心理体验,积极帮助他们应对存在的心理问题,从而促进其康复。Objective To explore the psychological experience of patients underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during isolation. Methods The qualitative phenomenological research method was adopted in this study. Self-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 hematopoietic stern cell transplant patients. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results Four themes were extracted including loneliness,fear,sense of guilt and sense of being abandoned. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to the psychological experience of hematopoietie stem cells transplant patients during isolation and help them to cope with existing psychological problems, then to promote their rehabilitation and mental health.
