摘 要:对两种结构的水泥回转窑用四通道燃烧器模型进行数学建模,并利用FLUENT软件对其冷态下的流场进行数值模拟。分析了燃烧器旋流角度、外轴流风速度和结构对回转窑内流场状态的影响。研究结果表明,旋流角度为30°,外轴流风速度为250m/s时,燃烧器的流场较为理想,"低压损"燃烧器的流场速度分布较均匀,且实际应用效果好。Mathematical model of the two structures of four-channel burners in kiln were built.The cold flow field numerical simulations of four-channel burners in kiln were performed by the FLUENT software.The effects of swirl angle,axial wind speed and structure on the flow field state in the rotary kiln were analyzed.The results indicated that an ideal flow field state would be got when the swirl angle was 30° and the axial wind speed was 250m/s.The flow field rate of the "low pressure drop" burner was well distributed,and the "low pressure drop" burner could be applied successfully in practice.
