摘 要:通过三季连续的大田试验,研究秸秆还田与耕作方式及其交互效应对稻麦轮作农田土壤碳库及土壤结构的影响。结果表明:秸秆还田对稻麦轮作农田土壤碳库具有显著影响,秸秆还田各处理的总有机碳、微生物生物量碳、水溶性有机碳和水稳性团聚体有机碳含量从高到低依次是:三季秸秆均还田、两季稻秸还田、一季麦秸还田,且均显著高于秸秆不还田处理;旋耕处理下土壤总有机碳、微生物生物量碳、水溶性有机碳的含量均高于翻耕,但差异不显著;旋耕和翻耕对不同粒径水稳性团聚体有机碳含量的影响无明显差异;旋耕稻麦秸秆均还田和翻耕稻麦秸秆均还田处理土壤总有机碳、微生物生物量碳、水溶性有机碳和水稳性团聚体有机碳的含量均显著高于其他处理。A one and half years(2009-2011)field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different tillage and straw return and their interaction on soil carbon pool and soil structure under rice-wheat rotation cropland.The results showed that soil carbon pool was significantly affected by straw return,and soil total organic carbon(TOC),microbial biomass carbon(MBC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC)and water-stable aggregates organic carbon under straw return treatments ranked in the order:straw return for three consecutive seasons,straw return for two consecutive seasons,straw return for one season,which were all significantly higher than without straw return.Tillage factor also had significantly impact on soil carbon pool under rice-wheat rotation and the contents of TOC,MBC and DOC under rotary tillage were all higher than under plowing tillage,but no significant difference existed between them.There was no obvious difference between plowing and rotary tillage in different size water-stable aggregates organic carbon.The contents of TOC,MBC,DOC and water-stable aggregates organic carbon under rotary or plowing tillage with both rice and wheat straw return treatments were significantly higher than with other treatments.
