摘  要:以避雨栽培条件下葡萄品种的‘京秀’‘巨星’‘甬优一号’和‘藤稔’为试验材料,分析了葡萄浆果着色差异的原因并进行相关分析,同时调查研究了这4个品种葡萄浆果生长发育过程中的主要性状指标以及果皮色泽的变化规律,并对花色苷合成相关重要基因的表达进行了分析。结果表明:4个品种葡萄果穗先着色的部位是果穗肩部,果粒先着色的部位是果粒尖部和中部。在葡萄成熟过程中,4个品种葡萄果面光泽明亮度(L*值)和颜色组分b*值均下降,颜色组分a*值以及红色葡萄果实颜色指数(CIRG)均增大。同时,4个品种葡萄的花色苷含量与其可溶性固形物及CIRG均呈正相关,‘京秀’‘巨星’‘藤稔’和‘甬优一号’的可溶性固形物含量与花色苷含量的相关系数分别为0.804 4、0.953 4、0.932 4和0.911 6;CIRG与花色苷含量的相关系数分别为0.821 0、0.946 0、0.996 6和0.856 9。基因表达结果显示,4个葡萄品种的UDP-类黄酮-3-O-葡萄糖基转移酶基因(UFGT)均在成熟时表达最高,MYBA1和MYBA2基因的表达量则在转色到成熟中后期较高。Berries from'Jingxiu''Juxing''Fujiminori'and'Yongyouyihao'grown at the condition of rain-shelter cultivation were collected as the experiment materials,and then analysis of the causes of the grape berries coloring differences.At the same time,the major traits and the variation of peel color index during the process of their growth and development of four grape berries were investigated,and the expression of important anthocyanin biosynthesis genes was analyzed.The results showed that the ear shoulder of four grapes was colored first,and in berry the first colored part was the berry tip and its central.In the grape ripening process,L* and b* decreased,a* and CIRG value increased.At the same time,the anthocyanin content of four grapes has a positive correlation with their soluble solids contents and CIRG,'Jingxiu''Juxing''Fujiminori'and'Yongyouyihao',their soluble solids contents and anthocyanin content related coefficients were 0.804 4,0.953 4,0.932 4,0.911 6;the CIRG and anthocyanin content related coefficients were 0.821 0,0.946 0,0.996 6,0.856 9.The gene expression result showed that the expression of UDP-flavonoid-3-O-glucosyltransferase gene(UFGT) was nearly the highest in mature stage,and MYBA1 and MYBA2 gene have a high expression in late mature stage.
