摘 要:影响系数法是目前应用比较成熟的转子动平衡标定方法,然而影响系数法是一种通过冗余数据对模型参数进行辨识的试验方法,容易受振动测试值的测量误差影响而产生较大的误差,使得标定出的影响系数精度不高。针对此问题,引入基于格拉布斯准则的异常值处理方法,以剔除粗大误差的影响;提出了一种具有系统误差同步求解功能的改进影响系数标定模型,设计快速收敛的不平衡量标定算法,在标定的同时求解出系统误差值,从而实现对系统误差修正。通过对150MD24Y16型电主轴进行平衡实验,结果表明在标定的精度和跟踪影响系数变化的能力以及平衡效率上较传统的影响系数法有较大改善。Influence coefficient method is a maturer rotor dynamic balance calibration method at present. However,it is a kind of experiment methods that identifies the model parameters using redundant data;and this method is easily influenced by the measurement errors of the vibration measurement values and generates larger error, therefore the accuracy of the calibrated influence coefficient is not high. Aiming at this problem, this paper introduces an abnormal value pro- cessing method based on Grubbs criterion to eliminate the influence of gross error. An improved influence coefficient calibration model is proposed,which can solve the system error synchronously, and a fast convergence unbalance quanti- ty calibration algorithm is designed, which could solve the system error during the calibration process, and the system error is corrected. The calibration experiment on 150MD24Y16 electric spindle was performed ;and the results indicate that the proposed dynamic balance calibration method is superior to traditional influence coefficient method in the respects of the calibration accuracy,tracking ability of the influence coefficient change and balance efficiency.
