摘  要:为了解小偃麦种质系山农0095耐低磷特性,通过水培实验,研究了不同供磷水平下山农0095及其亲本烟农15幼苗生长、根系形态及其分泌物特点。结果表明,在低磷胁迫条件下,山农0095茎叶干重、植株生物量及磷吸收量均高于烟农15,但根干重及根冠比较小;不同供磷水平下山农0095的总根长、根表面积、根体积及根尖数等明显低于烟农15;水培过程中山农0095的根际营养液pH值降低明显,根系草酸分泌量远高于烟农15和对照小偃54。推测山农0095适应低磷胁迫主要在于根系生理功能较强,这些能力可能与其携有中间偃麦草的耐低磷基因有关。In this study,nutrient solution culture method was used to study the mechanisms of adaptation to phosphorus insufficiency of Trititrigia germplasm Shannong 0095(SN0095).The results indicated that SN0095 had higher shoot dry matter,biomass weight and phosphorus uptake than its common wheat parent Yannong15(YN15),while it had smaller root dry matter and root-shoot ratio than YN15.Root scanning analysis also proved that SN0095 had smaller root characters than YN15,including total root length,root superficial area,root volume and the root tip number.The pH value of the culture solution of SN0095 decreased more than that of YN15,HPLC analysis showed that SN0095 had the strong ability of oxalate exudation than YN15.So,we inferred SN0095 adapted to phosphorus insufficiency was owing to its stronger root function,this capacity probably related to the alien chromosome derived from Thinopyrum intermedium.
