摘 要:研究了助剂及乳液环境对脂肪族和芳香族水性聚氨酯皮革光亮剂性能的影响。结果表明:两种乳液稳定性好;乳液粒径较小,粒径分布窄;涂膜的抗张强度随着交联剂用量的增加而先增大后减小,断裂伸长率随着交联剂的增加而减小;DSC和TG测试结果表明涂膜的耐寒性能和耐热性能好。The influence of aliphatic/aromatic water-borne polyurethane leather glossing agent by auxiliaries and emulsion environment had been studied. The results showed: The emulsions stability were good. Average emulsions particle size were small, and the particle size distribution were narrow. Breaking strength of films first increased,and then decreased with the content of crosslinking agent increasing ,and grain crack strength decreased along with the increasing of crosslinking agent. Furthermore, we could see resuhs from DSC and TG, that it showed that films had a very good cold re- sistance performance, and also the heat-resisting.
