摘  要:本方法建立了采用HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4-HF混合酸敞口消解试样,电感耦合等离子质谱仪同时测定地质样品中Ag、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、U16种元素。讨论了各元素之间的干扰,并建立数学校正方程。通过对国家一级标准物质的测定,其结果表明:该方法的检出限、准确度、精密度均满足DZ/T0130-2006要求。银、铀及稀土元素的测量值与标准值之间的相对标准偏差均小于5%。A simple method was proposed for the determination of 16 elements of Ag, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu and U in geological samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Prior" to analysis, samples were dissolved with mixed acids of HNO3-H2 SO4-HClO4-HF in 50 mL teflon crucibles on the hot plate. The interruptions between the elements were investigated and the mathematical correction equations were created to further evaluate the analytical applicability of the proposed technique. Validation data were provided based on the a- nalysis of the national standard materials and the detected results have good agreement with the certified values, with Relative Standard Deviation between 0.00% -5.00%. The precision and accuracy of the method satisfied the require- ments of DZ/T0130-2006.
