摘　　要：目的探讨医院重点科室环境卫生与医院感染关联性。方法对2010～2011年医院环境卫生学监测结果及同期院内感染发生率进行了比较分析。结果院内感染发生率为3.1%,总计采510份标本,其中有60份不合格,合格率为89.2%,院感染发病率与环境卫生学监测结果相关系数绝对值为0.05。结论医院环境污染程度与医院感染的发生率没有直接关系。OBJECTIVE To discuss the relationship between environmental health and hospital infection in key departments. METHODS Compared environmental health monitoring results and nosocomial infection rates from 2010 to 2011. RESULTS Nosocomial infection rate was 3.1% , 510 specimens were collected including 60 unqualified, the pass rate was 89.2%, the absolute value of correlation coefficient of hospital infection incidence and environmental health monitoring results was 0.05. CONCLUSION The degree of hospital environment pollution is not directly related to the hospital infection rate.
