摘　　要：骨关节病发病近年呈上升趋势,严重危害中老年人健康,有针对性的积极防控已刻不容缓。本研究依据健康管理理念提出骨关节病的防控思路,构建我国骨关节病健康管理模式。通过基于社区的三级管理模式,结合疾病三级预防概念,可以有效改善骨关节病患者生理、心理健康,提高生活质量。The incidence rate of osteoarthritis is rising these years, seriously affecting the health of many old people. Targeted active prevention and treatment are essential. The research aims at providing new threads of health management model of osteoarthritis, which is a tertiary management model based on community and combined with the tertiary prevention concept. All the necessary methods will contribute to the mental and physical health to the patients and help them have better life in the society.
