摘　　要：目的了解南通市居民的高血压患病率及其健康危险因素。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对南通市4个社区1463名≥18岁居民进行高血压健康危险因素的问卷调查,同时测量血压、身高和体重。结果南通市居民高血压患病率为34.15%,标化率为21.61%;男、女分别为39.92%和28.55%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、家族史、个性和BMI为高血压患病率的健康危险因素。结论南通市居民的高血压患病率较高,主要集中在中老年群体、超重和肥胖人群。OBJECTIVE To survey risk factors and the prevalence of hypertension in Nantong. METHODS 1463 residents over the age of 18 in 4 communities of Nantong were selected by stratified cluster sampling and investigated the influencing factors of hypertension by questionnaires, and measured blood pressure, height and weight. RESULTS The prevalence of hypertension was 34.15% , the standardized rate being 21.61% , in male and female respectively was 39.92% and 28.55% , the multivariate Logistic analysis showed that the risk factors were gender, age, family history, personality and BMI. CONCLUSION The prevalence of hypertension is high in Nantong, especially for middle-aged, senior and obesity.
