摘 要:目的对高校预防艾滋病健康教育参与式综合干预效果进行评价。方法采用社会实验研究设计,以保定市四所高校2008名大学生为研究对象,设干预组和对照组。对干预组开展预防艾滋病健康教育参与式综合干预,而对照组不进行参与式综合干预。干预前、后两组统一进行知识、态度和行为问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果干预组高校的社会支持环境明显改善,目标人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率,正确态度持有率及行为形成率明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论参与式综合干预是高校开展预防艾滋病健康教育的一项有效措施。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of health education in preventing AIDS by participatory integrated intervention among university students. METHODS Social-experimental design was used and 2 008 students from four universities and colleges in Baoding city were taken as objects of the study. All the students were divided into two groups : intervention and control group. The participatory integrated intervention was taken only in the intervention group , while the control group did not use participatory intervention. Questionnaire surveys about AIDS-related knowledge , attitudes and behavior were conducted in both groups before and after the intervention. RESULTS After the intervention, socially supportive environment was improved significantly in intervention group. The awareness rates of AIDS and holding rates of correct manners and behaviors in preventive AIDS were increased in intervention group, compared with the control group.The differences between the two groups had statistical significances (P﹤0.01). CONCLUSION Participatory integrated intervention of health education on AIDS prevention is an effective measure among university students.
