摘 要:目的探讨不同浓度碘过量对仔2代Wistar大鼠小脑Purkinje细胞发育的形态学影响。方法将断乳后1个月的Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,饮用不同浓度的碘酸钾(KIO3)碘水(NI、5HI、10HI、50HI、100HI),取1日、20日、60日龄仔鼠小脑,应用镀银染色法和形态计量术动态观察仔鼠小脑的形态学发育情况。结果在1日龄仔鼠,与NI组相比,各碘过量组仔鼠小脑Purkinje细胞树突覆盖面积、分枝密度、总长度、棘突密度均无明显变化(P﹥0.05),在20日和60日龄仔鼠,50HI、100HI组与NI组相比均表现出一定程度的脑发育落后,其中以100HI组最为明显(P﹤0.05)。结论碘营养水平严重过量会影响仔鼠小脑Purkinje细胞的发育。但大鼠对碘过量有很强的耐受力,当碘摄入量为正常摄入量的50倍以内时,不会明显影响仔鼠小脑Purkinje细胞的发育。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of different doses Potassium Iodate (KIO3) excess on cerebellum Purkinje cells in the second filial generation of Wistar rats. METHODS The rats were divided into five groups by being fed with different lever of potassium iodate (NI, 5HI, 10HI, 50HI, 100HI). The cerebellum of filial generation at 1-day, 20-day and 60-day were studied, cerebellum development changes were observed by silver impregnation and measured by image analysis. RESULTS In the filial generation of 1-day, there were no remarkably changes in the cross section area, the exponent, density and distributional types of spinal processes in cerebellum Purkinje cells among different groups. The cerebellum development of 50HI and 100HI group in 20-day and 60-day was delayed, particularly in 100HI group. CONCLUSION Iodine excess would affect the development of the cerebellum in the filial generations. However , Wistar rats have high endurance to excess iodine, iodine intaking within 50HI has no effect on their development of the cerebellum in the filial generation.
