摘  要:目的调查了解发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus,SFTSV)的宿主动物和传染源,为该传染病的防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用鼠笼法在发病区野外及居民区内捕鼠计算鼠密度;采用荧光定量RT-PCR检测鼠体内SFTSV核酸。结果野鼠密度较高(20.42%),家鼠密度相对较低(6.45%)。黑线姬鼠总带毒率9.52%,其心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑6种脏器均带毒,尤以肝脏最高,心、脾、肺、肾次之,脑带毒率最低;家鼠总带毒率12.00%,只有脑、心、肺3种脏器带毒,其中以脑的带毒率最高。结论初步认为鼠类是SFTSV的宿主动物之一,但其在该病传播过程中所起的作用有待进一步证实。OBJECTIVE To learn the potential host animals and infection sources of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV), and to provide scientific basis for this disease prevention and control. METHODS The mouse density investigation was carried out in SFTSV circulating region by using field cage method, and the entrapped rodent organs were applied for SFTSV-specific nucleic acid detection by real-time RT-PCR. RESULTS The field rat with a dominant species of apodemus had a higher density (20.42%) than that of house mice (6.45%). The total carried rate of virus in striped field mouse was 9.52%, and the involved organs were liver, heart, spleen, lung and brain; for the house mice, however, the total carried rate of virus in house mice was about 12.00% , the highest rate in brain, followed by heart and lung. CONCLUSION Mouse is considered as one of host animals for SFTSV, and their roles in the epidemiology of the disease are to be determined.
