青年人接种不同剂量、不同产地乙肝疫苗后免疫效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量、不同产地重组酵母乙肝疫苗(YDV)接种后的安全性和免疫学效果。方法对年龄在18～35岁的青年人分3组采用不同剂量,不同产地,但均按0、1、6个月程序作乙肝疫苗免疫注射,对第三针免疫注射后1个月的HBsAb阳性率情况作统计分析。结果两组HBsAb阳转率分别是:Ⅰ组75.0%,Ⅱ组93.30%。χ2=10.8573,P﹤0.017,两组对比差异有统计学意义,Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组对比差异无统计学意义。3组在全程免疫注射后,未有明显局部和全身不良反应。结论 YDV对青年人具有良好的免疫原性和安全性。采用较大剂量YDV的免疫效果明显优于低剂量组,不同产地的YDV免疫效果无明显区别。OBJECTIVE To observe and evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of recombinant yeast derived hepatitis B vaccine after inoculating it into the youth. METHODS We divided these youths who are eighteen to thirty-five into three groups which were adopted different immunization doses （The group I was vaccinated with 10 micrograms at beginning and the first and sixth month, and the group II was vaccinated with 20 micrograms （domestic） at beginning and the first and sixth month）, and the group Ⅲ was vaccinated with 20 micrograms （imported） at beginning and the first and sixth month）, and then made a statistical analysis for the positive rate of HBsAb of the vaccinee at the seventh month. RESULTS The positive rate of anti-HBs of group I was 75.00%, and group II was 93.30%, χ2=10.8573, P0.017, the difference between the two groups was obvious. The difference between the II and Ⅲ groups was not obvious. There were no obvious ill responses on local and whole body after vaccination. CONCLUSION The YDV is effective and safe to adults. The immunization effect of the higher doses group is better than the lower one. The immunization effect of the imported YDV group is the same with the domestic one.
