摘 要:采用序批式试验研究了表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对污泥水解过程中胞外聚合物(EPS)、污泥粒径、污泥絮凝性及比阻的影响。结果表明,在添加SDS的反应器中,污泥EPS的均值为95.92 mg/gVSS,其中蛋白质含量占94.7%;在对照反应器中,污泥EPS的均值为45.81mg/gVSS,其中蛋白质含量占89.0%。据此可知,污泥EPS中的主要物质为蛋白质。另外,添加SDS后污泥胞外聚合物中的溶解态蛋白质和多聚糖含量为对照污泥的8倍以上;添加SDS的污泥,其粒径众数小于同时期的对照污泥,而其比阻大于对照污泥的,最高可达2.32×1014m/kg。A batch experiment was carried out to study the effect of adding sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) on extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) , sludge particle size, flocculating ability and specif- ic resistance of filtration during sludge hydrolysis. The results exhibited that the average content of EPS in hydrolyzed sludge of the reactor with SDS addition was 95.92 mg/gVSS, among which protein accounted for 94.7 %. However the average content of EPS in the sludge of the control reactor was only 45.81 mg/ gVSS, among which protein accounted for 89.0%. Therefore, protein was the main EPS constituent dur- ing hydrolysis regardless of SDS addition. At the same time, the content of soluble protein and polysac- charities in sludge EPS of the reactor with SDS addition was more than 8 times that of the control reactor. Moreover the sludge particle size in the reactor with SDS addition was smaller and the specific resistance of filtration was higher than that in the control reactor. The maximum specific resistance of filtration in the reactor with SDS addition was 2.32 ×10^14/kg.
