摘 要:以污水处理厂浓缩池污泥为种泥,通过厌氧驯化培养后,研究了不同碳源和碳磷比对磷化氢的产生和TP去除量的影响。结果表明,还原性碳与磷化氢的产生密切相关,以甲醇为碳源时,磷化氢的产量最大,为133.64μg/m3,TP的去除量也达到最大,为14.29 mg/L。当碳磷比为16∶1(COD初始浓度为800 mg/L、TP初始浓度为50 mg/L)时,磷化氢产量最大,为141.84μg/m3,TP的去除量为14.85 mg/L,过高和过低的COD浓度都不利于磷化氢的产生。The sludge from the thickening tank of sewage treatment plant was used as an inocu- lum, and the effects of different carbon sources and C/P ratios on the phosphine production and the re- moval of TP were investigated after sludge domestication cultivation. The results showed that the reduced carbon and the phoshpine production were closely related. When methanol was used as the carbon source, the maximum yield of phosphine was 133.64 μg/m3, the maximum removal of TP was 14.29 μg/L. When the C/P ratio was 16 : I with COD of 800 mg/L and TP of 50 μg/L, the maximum yield of phosphine was 141.84 μg/m3, and the removal of TP was 14.85 mg/L. The excessive high or low COD concentrations can all inhabit the phosphine production.
