摘 要:在海水淡化工程中,能量回收装置的效率是决定反渗透系统能耗的主要因素之一。灵山岛300 m3/d海水淡化工程采用了BoostPE300能量回收装置,该装置为差动式能量回收装置,具备升压功能,不需要使用增压泵,在保证淡化装置具有较低能耗的前提下,简化了系统,设备投资相对于进口能量回收装置大大降低。整套装置经过了工艺改造,系统的压力波动基本消除,经过一段时间试运行,产水流量稳定,有效能量转换效率可达94.72%,反渗透系统的匹配良好,水回收率可达40%,吨水能耗仅为3.5 kW·h。In the seawater desalination project, the efficiency of energy recovery device is one of the main factors that decide the reverse osmosis system energy consumption. Lingshan island 300 m3/d seawater desalination project uses BoostPE300 energy recovery device, which is a differential energy re- covery device with the boost function and does not require the use of booster pump. On the premise of en- suring that the desalination device had low energy consumption, the system was simplified, and the e- quipment investment was greatly reduced compared with the imported device. Through the process modifi- cation of the whole device, the pressure fluctuation was basically eliminated. After a period of trial opera- tion, water flow was stable, and effective energy conversion rate could reach 94.72%. Water recovery could meet the design value of 40%. Energy consumption was only 3.5 kW ~ h per ton of water.
