摘  要:目的:探讨医院静脉用药配置中心(PIVAS)与中心药房配合管理和运行的模式。方法:结合我院实际情况分析与PIVAS相关的信息化运行流程;并根据其与中心药房之间不同的配合方式,介绍我院经历的3种配合模式的特点。结果:模式一是PIV-AS作为独立药房运行且负责所有住院用注射剂药品的配置和发放,特点是不同类型的药品分药房管理、运行成本较高;模式二是PIVAS作为独立药房运行、但只负责长期医嘱中的的注射剂药品的配置和发放,特点是PIVAS与中心药房的库房分开管理,库存量过大;模式三是PIVAS不作为独立药房运行,只进行配液,特点是职能明确、运行成本较低。结论:3种模式各有优缺点,各医院可结合实际情况选择合适的管理模式。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the cooperation and running mode between pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)and central pharmacy.METHODS:Based on the practice of our hospital,informatization process related to the operation of PIVAS was analyzed.By the cooperation way between PIVAS and central pharmacy,the characteristics of 3 kinds of cooperation modes in our hospital were introduced.RESULTS:The first cooperation mode was that the PIVAS was taken as an independent pharmacy and assigned and delivered all the injections for inpatient department.It was characterized by that different types of drugs were managed by different storehouse with a high operation cost.The second mode was that it was taken as an independent pharmacy and only assigned and delivered injection related to long-term medical orders.Its features were that central pharmacy managed separately with excessive inventory.The third mode was that it was not taken as an independent pharmacy,but in charge of liquid dispensing.Its features were clearly defined functions and low cost.CONCLUSIONS:3 modes have their advantages and disadvantages.The hospitals should select appropriate management mode according to their conditions.
