摘　　要：分析电子资源发展政策制定的基础,阐述了山东大学图书馆电子资源发展政策的总体架构。结合电子资源发展政策的内容,列举了电子资源建设的具体实践,对电子资源建设的未来发展进行探讨。In this article,the background of electronic resources development policy is analyzed and then the framework of the electronic resources development policy in the library of Shandong University is explained. Combined with the specific content of the electronic resources development policy,the future of electronic resources development is discussed.
