对《略论民国时期图书馆际互借》的商榷与补遗——兼谈对CALIS馆际互借的启示与建议

摘　　要：王晓军的《略论民国时期图书馆际互借》一文遗漏了严文郁、顾家杰等图书馆学人对民国馆际互借的论述以及其他若干史料,以致文中得出的部分论断值得推敲。该文对此进行了商榷和补遗,认为不应当过低评价民国馆际互借的水平,虽然当时未能形成全面的规范和全国性的规模,但认为"处于较低水平"不够恰当,至少用"具备了一定基础和规模"更反映客观史实。以史为鉴,从对影响民国时期馆际互借发展的若干因素分析中,得出几点对CALIS馆际互借服务的启示与建议。The paper by Wang Xiaojun, A Study on Interlibrary Loan in the Period of Republic of China, leaves out the relative theses by Yen Wen Yu, Ku Chia Chie and some other scholars as well as several other historical materials, so that the conclusions drawn from the paper is yet partly to be discussed. With the discussion and supplement to the paper, this article argues that we should not evaluate the interli- brary loan in Republic of China era too low. It is not appropriate to evaluate the scale of interlibrary loan in Republic of China as ＂on low level＂, while it is more objective to redeem it as at least with certain foundation and absolute scale. Learning from history, some inspirations and suggestions on the interlibrary loan of CALIS can be drawn from the analysis on several influencing factor of the development of interlibrary loan in Republic of China era.
