摘 要:发展了一种快速制备毛细管凝胶微电极的新方法。以丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(Bis)为交联剂,(NH4)2S2O8(APS)为引发剂和N,N,N',N'-四甲基乙二胺(TEMED)为催化剂,在石英毛细管内连续灌胶,一次性制得交联性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶毛细管柱。新方法制备过程简便,可用于多根微电极的同时制备,产率可达100%。制得的微电极结构均匀、重现性好、抗高压(≥34.5 MPa)及抗高电流(≤0.300 mA),且对有机调节剂的耐受性能及在pH 2.0~12.0范围内的导电性均良好,因而可用作高压电渗泵系统中理想的无气泡微电极。A novel method was developed for rapid preparation of capillary gel micro electrodes.With acrylamide as an monomer,N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide(Bis) as a cross-linker,ammonium persulfate(APS) as an initiator and N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine(TEMED) as a catalyst,a new type of cross-linked polyacrylamide gel capillaries were prepared in one step via continually introducing polymerization solution through fused-silica capillaries.The new method is simple and can be used for preparing multi-column gel capillaries simultaneously.Moreover,the yield of non-void gel micro-electrodes with good uniformity and repeatability can reach 100%.The gel micro-electrodes can withstand high pressure of more than 34.5 MPa and high current of up to 0.300 mA.Furthermore,their ability of withstanding organic modifiers and conductive properties were also fine.Therefore,the new gel micro-electrodes can be used as bubbleless electrodes for highpressure electroosmotic pumps.
