摘  要:研究了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)复配对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/滑石粉合金耐热性能和力学性能的影响,同时比较了滑石粉经硅烷偶联剂改性前后合金性能的差异,并通过SEM观察分析了合金的冲击断面微观形貌和填料的分散情况。结果表明:ABS/MBS中各组分含量若发生改变,则会对合金的耐热性能和力学性能均产生较大的影响;改性后的滑石粉更有助于提高合金的耐热性能和力学性能。The influences of different combination of ABS and MBS on mechanical property and heat resistance property of PVC/talc alloy were studied, and the performance differences of the alloys which filled with unmodified talc powder and the powder modified by silane coupling agent were compared. The micro-morphology of impact surface and the dispersion of the inorganic filler of the alloy were analyzed by SEM. The results show that: with the variation of content of each component in ABS/MBS, the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the alloy are affected obviously. The modified talc powder will do a lot more help to improve the heat resistance and the mechanical properties of the alloy.
