摘 要:首次选用硫铝酸盐水泥-铝酸盐水泥-石膏三元复合体系辅以多种助剂成功研制出高性能超早强材料。对不同胶砂比的五个配合比进行了较系统的研究,同时分析了高胶砂比配合比的微观结构。结果表明:该体系辅以多种助剂采用高胶砂比可以配制出2h抗压强度达42.6MPa,28d抗压强度达92.3MPa,24h抗折强度达14.8 MPa的超早强材料,后期强度不倒缩,90 d抗压强度达104.6 MPa,且具有自身微膨胀功能;该体系后期SEM微观结构显示晶形生长完好、结构致密。Super high-early-strength grouting material was first produced using ternary complex system of sulphoaluminate cement,aluminate cement and gypsum.The promoter action,formation mechanism and feasibility of early strength procoagulant component on the system were systematically studied from macroscopic and microscopic respects.The results showed that early strength procoagulant component played a key role in the ternary complex system of sulphoaluminate cement,aluminate cement and gypsum,and early strength component acts as auxiliary promoter action.Super high-early-strength material suitable for different engineering needs could be made with the addtion of a variety of additives.The successful application of the system would expand the use of super high-early-strength material and have an innovative significance to study and develop new grouting material.
