摘  要:预拌混凝土搅拌站在生产过程中,因需方对浇筑的混凝土最终用量计算不准确,往往有混凝土剩余,当浇筑工程较多时,剩余的混凝土强度等级不同、数量不等,要想将其再利用,必须调配成与在施工程强度等级相同的混凝土。通过规划求解法,解决了长期以来剩余新拌混凝土的调配难题,调配后的混凝土材料组成准确、拌合物性能、力学性能及耐久性完全符合预期混凝土的各项指标。Due to inaccurate calculation,the fresh concrete was always surplus at the commercial concrete premixing stations.When some projects poured different concrete simultaneously,the strength grades and excesses of the surplus fresh concrete were different.In order to reach the required strength for a new project,the surplus fresh concrete was dispensed.Only so could it be recycled.But the dispensation of the surplus fresh concrete was a hard work for a long time.Introduced excel solver solutions to solve the problem.And the concrete dispensed by this method was in accord with the desired concrete,such as the material composition,performance,mechanical properties and durability.
