摘 要:针对混凝土结构缺陷检测中操作复杂及工作量大等大量难题,将国内外新型的无损检测技术——超声红外热像技术引入到混凝土缺陷检测过程中。简单地介绍了超声红外热像技术的基本原理及其特点,着重分析了信噪比、热激励和预紧力3个因素对检测效果的影响,并成功进行了混凝土的缺陷检测的试验。试验结果表明:该技术能够实现混凝土隐性裂纹等缺陷的准确定位,并且能够在较短的时间内对其进行快速检测。In order to reduce the operating complexity and the workload of defect detection in the concrete structures,the ultrasound infrared thermal imaging technology was introduced to the detection of concrete structures,which was a new nondestructive testing technology at home and abroad.Firstly,it briefly depicted the basic principles and characteristics of ultrasound infrared thermal imaging technology.Then,three main factors including signal to noise ratio(SNR),thermal excitation and preload influencing the detection results were analyzed in detail.Finally,the experiments for defect detection in the concrete structures were carried out.Experimental results showed concrete defect such as recessive crack could be positioned accurately and could be detected in a relatively short time.
