摘　　要：再制造是中国经济战略性新兴产业,已成为循环经济建设的亮点。文中综述了机械产品再制造技术在国内外的发展现状,以及中国采取的以"尺寸恢复和性能提升"为特色的再制造模式与国外的差别。为弥补再制造产业化发展在技术体系、市场管理等方面的不足,特别是先期采取的企业试点模式存在分散化运作、产业示范能力不够强的风险,文中提出了建设机械产品再制造国家工程研究中心作为再制造产业发展科技支撑平台的发展模式,并阐述了该工程中心的定位、发展方向以及4大技术平台建设情况,以提升我国再制造产业的整体水平。Remanufacturing is one of the strategic newly industries in Chinese economic construction, becoming one of the hot topics of the recycling economic construction. In this study, the domestic and overseas deve lopments of the mechanical product remanufacturing technology were discussed, including the differences in re- manufacturing modes. In China, a remanufacturing mode featured with the concept of dimension resume and property upgrade was developed. To make up the shortcomings of technology system and market management during the remanufacturing industrialization, especially for the mode of enterprise pilot project, a development mode of establishing national engineering research center for mechanical product remanufacturing （NERC- MPR） as technical support for remanufacture industry was put forward. The registration, developing direction and technological platforms of NERC-MPR were represented additionally, and the developing trend of the engineering research center was put forward consequently.
