摘　　要：社会主义先进性别文化以男女平等为核心、性别公正为理念、两性和谐为基础、共同发展为目的,既反映了社会主义核心价值的本质属性,也反映了两性的共同利益与愿望,具有广泛的适用性和包容性,也具有强大的整合力和引领力。从社会行为来看,建构先进性别文化的有效性体现在男女平等意识的提升和男女平等行为的呈现;从社会影响来看,社会主义先进性别文化教育结果是否有效的评价标准在于,是否能够满足两性发展的需要以及改革对不同群体的潜在"影响"且有助于包含男女双方的利益、观点,并将其设计到改革举措或项目中;从男女平等途径来看,社会主义先进性别文化全过程融入社会生活的现实途径和发挥引领作用的技术性手段表现在建立更加广泛的基本理论共识,充分发挥社区、高校、党校等各种教育载体的作用,进一步加强环境建设,强化人们对社会主义先进性别文化的心理认同。Equality of men and women is a core value of the socialist progressive gendered culture. Gender justice is its principle and the harmony between men and women is its basis, and mutual development is its goal. This culture should reflect not only the essence of socialism but also the common interests and aspirations of men and women. It should have the ability to lead and integrate force so as to be inclusive and practical. At the level of social behavior, the effectiveness of constructing the progressive gendered culture re- sides in increasing the consciousness and actual practice of equality between men and women. At the level of social influence, evalua- tion standards of effective education of socialist progressive gendered culture come from reform efforts that are able to meet the needs of the development of men and women and initiatives and projects that help different groups of potential ＇influence＇ and help to include the interests, and ideas of men and women in their designs to influence different groups. At the level of pathways to equality between men and women, the actual route as well as the technical means to integrate the constructing of the socialist progressive gendered cul- ture in social life is to develop basic and broadly based consensus through the work of communities and party schools.
