摘　　要：本文依托温州动车事故个案,以Bayes法则证明相关政府部门在这场事故的信息博弈中在一定程度上陷于被动的困境,运用纯粹数学的推论模式,求解出政府、传统媒体、微博三方信息博弈的纳什均衡点,文章通过计算三方在信息博弈中有效信息量的不同,推导出在突发性事件中政府的有效信息策略是及时、公开传播信息的一般性结论。Based on a case study,this paper testifies,using the Bayes' s rule,that the government will fall into a prisoner's dilemma.With the mathematical inference model,this paper will figure out the Nash equilibrium point.Through the calculation of the income of the tripartite in the information game,we come to the general conclusion that the government's information strategy in emergencies is to give information to the public timely and openly.
