摘  要:深部封堵技术是改善窜流型油藏开发效果的关键技术之一。现有淀粉配方调剖剂体系成胶时间过短,导致体系无法运移至油藏中深部,达不到油藏中深部液流转向的目的。为此,文中开展了长成胶时间体系配方研究,结果发现该体系存在一个延缓成胶的引发剂质量分数阈值(0.008%)。当体系其他组分稳定不变,改变引发剂用量,低于阈值时,可明显延长体系成胶时间,且在相同体系主剂质量分数的前提下,随着成胶时间增加,体系成胶后的黏度及黏弹性均增加。室内模拟结果表明,调剖体系成胶时间能够达到24 h以上且可控;单砂管成胶实验显示,该调剖体系突破压力梯度大于15 MPa/m,可应用于强窜流的油藏中。Deep plugging technology is one of the key technologies for improving development effect in channeling reservoir.The gelling time of existing starch formulations of profile control agent system is too short to control,resulting in profile modification system not migrating to deep reservoir and unable to reach the purpose of deep fluid diversion.Therefore,this paper researches the system formulation with long gelling time.It is found that there is a concentration threshold value of 0.008% for initiator.When the system components are constant and the content of initiator is changed below this threshold,the system gelling time can be prolonged significantly.Under the premise of the same system agent concentration,as the gel time increases,viscosity and viscoelasticity of system after gelling increase.Based on the experiments,the gelling time can reach more than 24 hours and controllable.The single sand tube experiments show that the breakthrough pressure gradient is greater than 15 MPa/m and the gel strength can reach the application requirements of strong channeling reservoir.
