摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预治疗对社区老年心血管病管理的影响。方法:选取本社区纳入心血管疾病管理的65岁以上老年心血管病患者247例,随机分为两组,进行焦虑、抑郁评分和心理干预效果评价。结果:心理干预组患者预后,心绞痛发作次数,心律失常发生率及焦虑,抑郁程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对社区老年心血管病患者进行心理干预治疗能够显著降低其焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少心绞痛,心律失常发生率,住院次数及心脑血管恶性事件,有效提高社区老年心血管病管理水平。Objective： To study the effects of mental intervention on community reatment of old-age cardiovascular patients.Methods： Select 247 cases of old-age cardiovascular patients in our YOUXIE community,they were randomly divided into two groups and evaluate their anxiety,depression and mental interventio.Results： The times of angina pectoris and arrhythmia,the SA S and SDS in intervention group were all lower than the control group after mental intervention ofcommunity reatment.（P 0.05）.Conclusions： Mental intervention of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in our community can significantly reduce their anxiety,depression,and the times of angina pectoris,hospitalization,cardiovascular accidents and the incidence of arrhythmia,can significant improve the management of old-age cardiovascular patients in community.
