开展优质护理服务示范工程活动的方法与效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨"优质护理服务示范工程活动"的实施方法与成效。方法:以卫生部关于开展优质护理服务示范工程活动的文件为指导,结合医院实际选择具有代表性的科室开展优质护理活动,制定活动方案并落实措施,比较活动前后临床护理质量考评结果和住院病人对护理服务的满意程度。结果:实施"优质护理示范工程活动"后临床护理服务质量和患者满意度均有显著提高,与实施前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:开展"优质护理示范工程活动"能有效规范护理人员的护理行为,提高护理质量,提高病人的满意度。Objective： Discussion on＂and the effectiveness of the implementation of high quality nursing service demonstration project＂.Methods： The ministry of health documents regarding the development of high quality nursing service demonstration project activities as a guide,the actual selection of representative offices to carry out high-quality care activities combined with the hospital,to develop programs and implement measures,degree of satisfaction with the comparison of the activities before and after the clinical nuraing quality evaluation results and inpatient care services.Results： The implementation of＂quality care demonstration project＂activities of clinical nursing service quality and patirnt satisfaction were significantly improved,compared with before the implementation with statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusions： Nursing behavior to carry out ＂quality care demonstration project＂activities can effectively regulate the nursing staff,improve the quality of care,improve patient satisfaction.
