摘 要:为掌握蛇皮果高空压条繁殖技术,研究了ABT1号生根粉、基质、留叶数对蛇皮果高空压条生根的影响。结果表明:涂抹500~1 000 mg/L生根粉溶液的压条生根效果显著优于未涂抹生根粉溶液的压条,生根率均达到100%,其中涂抹750 mg/L生根粉溶液压条生根数最大,其值为6.2条;椰糠与砖红壤混合基质较纯砖红壤基质更利于压条生根;留叶数影响蛇皮果高空压条生根,蛇皮果高空压条最适宜留叶数为4片。In order to develop air layering technique of Salacca zalacca,three factors,namely rooting powder,media and amount of leaves left,were studied for their effects on the rooting performance of S.zalacca suckers air layered.The results showed that ABT#1 rooting powder concentrations from 500 to 1 000 mg/L had significantly positive effect on rooting,and the layers applied with ABT #1 rooting powder of different concentrations from 500 to 1 000 mg/L all rooted,the layers applied with ABT #1 rooting powder of 750 mg/L produced the most roots of 6.2.Cuttings had a higher rooting performance nursed in the mixed media of latosol with coir than in the media of latosol only.Four leaves should be left retained in air layering of S.zalacca.
