摘  要:为探讨木薯单爪螨的生态适应性机理,揭示其种群扩散蔓延机制,进行了不同光照对木薯单爪螨生长发育及繁殖的影响研究。结果表明,木薯单爪螨需要光照时间长于10 h才可正常完成发育与繁殖,其中12~14 h为木薯单爪螨发育与繁殖的适宜光照时长。光照主要通过影响卵和前若螨的发育历期影响木薯单爪螨总发育历期,对幼螨和后若螨的发育历期无显著影响。随着光照时间的延长,木薯单爪螨总发育历期呈逐渐缩短趋势。光照时间为12 h和14 h时,后代卵孵化率可达100%,光照小于10 h木薯单爪螨后代卵的孵化率显著降低,成螨寿命显著缩短;随光照时间从6 h延长至14 h,木薯单爪螨平均每雌产卵量逐渐增加,随后开始缓慢降低。光照对木薯单爪螨后代性比无显著影响。Photoperiod was one of the important ecological factors for the development and reproduction of Mononychellus mcgregori.In order to determine the potential distribution and to analyze its invasion,diffusion and ecological adaptation mechanisms,this study investigated the effect of photoperiod on the development and reproduction of the mite.The results indicated that the photoperiod significantly influenced its development and reproduction.The suitable photoperiod for the development and reproduction of M.mcgregori was 12~14 h.Through influenced mainly the development duration of eggs and the protonymphs,the photoperiod influenced the total development duration of M.mcgregori.As the photoperiod extended,the total development duration of M.mcgregori decreased.All eggs could hatch when the photoperiod was extended to 12 h and 14 h,but the longevity of female adults decreased when the photoperiod shorter than 10 h.With the photoperiod extended from 6 h to 14 h,the fecundity of per female increased,but that of it decreased when the photoperiod continued to extend.No significant differences were observed in the female percentage of M.mcgregori under exposure of different photoperiod.
