摘 要:利用水培试验研究缺磷10、20和30 d对2个不同磷效率基因型柱花草生长、酸性磷酸酶活性及其同工酶谱组成的影响。结果表明,随着缺磷时间的延长,柱花草生物量和磷含量显著降低。但柱花草酸性磷酸酶活性显著增加,而且磷高效基因型TPRC2001-1的根部酸性磷酸酶活性显著高于磷低效基因型Fine-stem。进一步的研究结果表明,低磷胁迫下柱花草根部酸性磷酸酶的同工酶主要有4条,其中1条同工酶只在TPRC2001-1的根部受低磷胁迫诱导表达,其余3条同工酶活性在2个柱花草基因型中均受低磷胁迫的显著加强。以上结果表明柱花草酸性磷酸酶活性受外界磷有效性的调控,低磷胁迫下根部酸性磷酸酶活性的提高主要是由于原有的酸性磷酸酶同工酶活性增强或者诱导产生新的酸性磷酸酶同工酶。Plant growth,acid phosphatase(APase)activities and isoforms were investigated in two Stylosanthes(stylo)genotypes contrasting in phosphorus(P)efficiency after 10,20 and 30 d of P deficiency.Results showed that biomass and P content of both stylo genotypes were significantly decreased with increased duration of P deficiency.However,APase activities were significantly increased.Furthermore,APase activities in the P-efficient genotype,TPRC2001-1 were apparently higher than those in the P-inefficient genotype Fine-stem.Subsequently,four APase isoforms were detected in the roots of two stylo genotypes at low P level.Among them,one of the isoforms was only induced in the roots of TPRC2001-1,and the other three isoforms were enhanced in both stylo genotypes by P deficiency.Taken together,our results suggested that APase activities of stylo were increased by P availability,and increased APase activities in stylo roots were mainly caused by increased activities of pre-existing isoforms or newly synthesized isoforms.
