摘 要:随着虚拟仪器技术的不断发展,国内外军民品市场对其需求不断增长,其产销量在逐年攀升;为解决虚拟仪器在老炼环节加电应力不充分、测试效率不高的现状,以任意波形发生器类仪器为例,设计了一种老炼测试装置;该装置通过PXI总线将计算机与虚拟仪器互联,由信号转接电缆、信号转接箱、通道切换装置和数据采集装置构成;通过计算机软件控制,实现自动加电应力老炼和测试,具有老炼周期可设、定时自动测试、数据自动记录、合格性自动判断、故障自动报错功能;实现了任意波形发生器仪器自动加电应力老炼及测试,解决了该类仪器老炼加电应力不充分、老炼时长不准确、人工手动测试、手写记录的问题,提高航天产品的质量、测试效率;试验表明,元器件老炼覆盖率优于95%,测试效率提高为3分钟/件。With the continuous development of virtual instruments technique, the demand on it in both markets of military and civil prod- ucts is increasing at home and abroad, and the production and sales are rising rapidly year by year. In order to solve the status quo of insuffi- cient burn of virtual instruments and the lower efficiency of test, taking the arbitrary waveform generator, AWG as an example, an automatic burn--in and test device was designed. The virtual instruments are connect to the computer via the PXI bus by the device, which consists of signal cables, a signal connection case, two channel switch parts and a data acquisition part. Under the control of the computer software, it can realize the automatic burn--in and test of virtual instruments. The device can configure accurate burn--in time, test instruments auto- matically and regularly, record data automatically and correctly, estimate test results and report automatically. It can realize the automatic burn--in and test of the arbitrary waveform generator, which can solve the insufficient burn--in of AWG, the inaccurate burn--in time, manual test and record. Meanwhile, it will improve the quality of aerospace products and the efficiency of test. The results of the experiment indicated that the rate of burned components is better than 95 13ercent and the test rate is 3 minutes Per unit.
