摘 要:为了满足变换器功率传输的低电压、大电流的要求,DC/DC变换器中大功率储能电感的设计是一件很有意义的工作,文章提出研究双向DC/DC变换器的交错并联磁集成理论,进而克服这一困难;将四通道DC/DC变换器的所有通道电感集成为一个耦合电感,对磁集成后变换器的稳态电流纹波和暂态响应速度进行了深入研究,给出了四通道st交错并联磁集成DC/DC变换器耦合电感的设计准则,即在设计这种变换器时,应根据占空比的大小及稳态相电流纹波和暂态总输出电流响应速度的技术要求,利用文章所给出的设计公式和设计区域选择磁集成耦合电感的反向耦合系数。通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。In order to adapt the power delivery requirements of high current and low voltage, it's a significative work to design a large power energy storage inductor in bidirectional DC/DC converter. In order to overcome this difficulty, this paper studied the interleaving mag- netic integration theory of bidirectional DC/DC converter. In which all the channels' inductors in 4--phase Buck+Boost bidirectional DC/DC converter were interleaving magnetic integrated to one coupled inductor. The steady state current ripple and transient current response speed in Buck mode of the interleaving magnetic integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter were studied deeply, and the design criterion of the bidi- rectional DC/DC converter was given. With this design criterion, the coupled coefficient of the coupled inductor should be selected with the design formulas and design region proposed in this paper according to the duty cycle and the steady state phase current ripple and the transient total output current response speed when design the bidirectional DC/DC converter. The theory was verified with simulation and experimen- tal results.
