摘 要:光纤光栅传感信号解调设备的小型化,是光纤传感技术应用于飞机结构健康监测的基础;为解决解调设备小型化的问题,在光源设计上采用光放大器加FP滤波器构成的脉冲光源,在数据采集与处理上采用基于FPGA逻辑控制的SOPC小型化验证方案;整个系统实现了8路信号同步采集、处理、存储与数据下载,具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、可靠性高、功能强等特点;实验表明,系统响应速度快,波长分辨率小于5pm,实现了设计精度要求。The miniaturization of the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor demodulation equipment is the base that the Fiber Bragg Grating sensor technique is used in the flight vehicle structural health monitoring systems. In order to solve the problem of miniaturization, the pulse optical source that is assembled by SOA and Fiber Fabry--Perot tunable filter is used and the SOPC miniaturization testing system based on the FP- GA logic controlling is presented. It realized that the eight way signals were collected in--phase, managed, stored and downloaded. The sys- tem is small, light and so. Experimental results showed that the response rapidity of the system is speedy and the wavelength differentiate rate is less than 5pm and the design precision is realized.
