摘 要:针对D-S证据理论在处理高冲突的证据时会产生有悖常理结论的情况,基于修正证据源的思想,提出了一种新的基于契比雪夫距离的证据权重确定方法,通过证据权重修正各初始证据,进而求得加权平均证据,最后对平均证据使用Dempster合成公式进行最终融合;数值仿真实验表明,该方法性能优于文中讨论的其它方法,能有效消除证据冲突悖论,在证据一致和高度冲突的情况下均表现出较好的适应性,具有更好的收敛性能和更高的可靠性,且算法的时间复杂度较小。Aiming at generating a counter-intuitive conclusion when dealing with the highly conflict evidence information by D-S evi- dence theory, this paper proposes an improved synthesis method based on thought of adjustment source evidence. A new evidence weight computing way based on Chebyehev Distance is given to amend each initial evidence firstly, and then a weighted average evidence is computed by the modified evidences. Finally Dempster combination rule is used to reach the final fusion conclusion through the former weighted average evidence. Numerical simulations show that the presented method is superior to the other methods discussed in this paper. It can effectively e- liminates the conflict paradox of evidence, shows better adaptability no matter combining with consistent evidences or combining with high degree conflict evidences. The proposed approach, which has better convergence performance and higher reliability, has a very small algo- rithm time complexity.
