摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜辅助治疗脐尿管异常的临床经验。方法回顾分析2006年1月至2012年12月我科开展腹腔镜辅助治疗脐尿管异常20例患儿的临床资料。结果全部手术均顺利完成,无1例中转开腹手术,手术时间为45～90min,平均60min,术中出血3～5mL,创伤小,无明显手术疤痕,术后5～7天出院,随访未发现复发及粘连性肠梗阻,疗效满意。结论腹腔镜辅助治疗脐尿管异常是一种创伤小、美观、术后恢复快、安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To study the effects of laparoscopic for the treatment of urachal anomalies in children.Methods The clinical data of 20 children with urachal anomalies was analyzed retrospectively.Results The laparoscopic procedures were completed without fransffered to open surgery.The operating time ranged from 45 to 90 minutes（mean 60 minutes）.Amount of bleeding was from 3 mL to 5 mL.The patients were discharged from hospital 5 to 7 days after operation.All achieved a mean of 6 months follow-up and none of them developed adhesive ileus and recurrence.The curative effect was satisfied.Conclusions Laparoscopic repair of urachal anomalies in children has the benefits of less invasiveness nice appearance,quike recovery and safety.
