养正消积胶囊联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨养正消积胶囊联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:将76例老年晚期胃癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以养正消积胶囊联合替吉奥胶囊治疗,对照组给予FOLFOX4方案化疗。2个周期后评价疗效、不良反应及生活质量。结果:观察组的客观缓解率为36.8%,对照组客观缓解率为31.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制发生率39.47%,对照组骨髓抑制发生率47.37%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肝功能异常的发生率5.26%,对照组肝功能异常的发生率7.89%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组胃肠道反应发生率28.95%,对照组胃肠道反应发生率52.63%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养正消积胶囊联合替吉奥胶囊治疗老年体弱不能耐受强烈化疗的晚期胃癌患者,疗效显著,不良反应轻。To study the clinical effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule in treating elderly advanced gastric cancer.Methods：76 cases of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule,and the control group was given FOLFOX4 chemotherapy.The curative effect,adverse reaction and quality of life were evaluated after 2 cycles.Results：Objective response rate of the observation group was 36.8%,and the rate of the control group was 31.3%,and the rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Bone marrow inhibition rate of the observation group was 39.47%,and the rate of the control group was 47.37%,and comparison the rate of the two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;The incidence rate of abnormal liver function of the observation group was 5.26%,and the rate of the control group was 7.89%,and comparison the incidence rate of the two groups showed that the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;The incidence rate of gastrointestinal reaction of the observation group was 28.95%,and the incidence rate of the control group was 52.63%,and the incidence rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group（P0.05）,the quality of life improvement in the observation group was obviously better than the control group,and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule combined with Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with weak,elderly and unable to tolerate intense chemotherapy has significant curative effect,adverse reaction.
