千金苇茎汤治疗肺脓肿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨千金苇茎汤治疗肺脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将98例肺脓肿患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用千金苇茎汤(方药组成:苇茎30 g,桃仁10 g,薏苡仁30 g,冬瓜仁15 g)治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为91.84%,对照组有效率为69.39%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者体温、白细胞计数、胸部X线恢复正常时间对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:千金苇茎汤治疗肺脓肿疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Qianjin Weijing Soup treatment of lung abscess.Methods：98 patients with lung abscess according to random number table method were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qianjin Weijing Soup（composition：reed stems 30 g,peach kernel 10 g,semen coicis 30 g,winter melon kernel 15 g） on the basis of the control group.Clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed.Results：Effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,the rate of the control group was 69.39%,and comparison the rate of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Return to normal needed days for patients′ body temperature,white blood cell count and chest X-ray were significantly shortened compared to that of the control group.Conclusion：Qianjin Weijing Soup in treating lung abscess has significant effect.
