半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将198慢性咳嗽患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组100例和对照组98例。治疗组给予半夏泻心汤加减(方药组成:姜半夏10 g,干姜10 g,黄连5 g,黄芩10 g,炙甘草10 g,南沙参30g,大枣10 g)治疗;对照组给予复方磷酸可待因口服溶液治疗,两组均治疗14 d后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为89.00%,对照组有效率为54.40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽疗效显著。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treating chronic cough.Methods：198 patients with chronic cough were divided into the treatment group of 100 cases and the control group of 98 cases according to random number form single blind method.The treatment group was given Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction（composition：pinellia ginger 10 g,dried ginger 10 g,coptis 5 g,radix scutellariae 10 g,fried licorice 10 g,radix adenophorae 30 g,jujube 10 g） and the control group was given compound codeine phosphate oral solution,and curative effects of the two groups were observed 2 weeks after treatment.Results：Effective rate in the treatment group was 89.00%,while the rate in the control group was 54.40%,and the difference of comparison between two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treating chronic cough is obvious.
