中医药在下肢静脉性溃疡的创面床准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药在下肢静脉性溃疡的创面床准备中的临床疗效。方法:75例下肢静脉性溃疡患者按创面情况采用随机数字表单盲法分为A组、B组、C组,三组均采用中药外用,A组28例在疮面脓腐未脱时,使用抗绿生肌散、九一丹;B组22例疮面脓腐脱尽后,外用生肌散、抗绿生肌散;C组25例肉芽组织生长时外用仲景药霜。20 d为1个疗程。结果:C组较A组、B组有显著差异;A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:中药在治疗和预防细菌负荷(处理感染),控制渗出液(湿性平衡)方面效果更为突出。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine of wound bed preparation in treating venous leg ulcer.Methods：75 cases of venous leg ulcer patients were divided into three groups A,B,and C according to the wound situation.Three groups adopted traditional Chinese medicine for external use.A group was given Kanglv Shengji Powder and Jiu Yi Dan when pus rot of wound surface did′t exfoliate.B Group was given Zhongjing Medicine Cream and Xiangpi Shengji Paste for external use when pus rot of wound surface exfoliated.C group was treated with Zhongjing Medicine Cream and Xiangpi Shengji Paste for external use.The course of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of local wound was 20 days.Results：Efficiency of group C had obvious statistical difference compared with group A and group B,and the difference of efficiency between group A and group B was not statistically significant.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment and prevention of bacterial load（treating infection）,control exudate（balance of wet） has more outstanding effect.
