“扶正气”及“祛毒邪”治疗骨髓增生异常综合征之“虚”与“毒”的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨"扶正气"及"祛毒邪"治疗骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)之"虚"与"毒"的理论依据。方法:通过文献检索,系统总结前人学说及相关文献中有关"正气"与"毒"的涵义、结合临床MDS的病因病机与中医的临床证治特点,探讨"扶正气"与"祛毒邪"治疗机理。结果:MDS是一种异质性的难治型恶性血液病,中医学以整体观念为指导,辨证与辨病相结合,把握MDS患者的个体差异,病情的轻重缓急,取得了显著的疗效。结论:中医注重针对"虚"与"毒"的结合治疗,根据病变的不同阶段,辨证施治,实现了MDS中医药治疗的新突破。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic suppurative sinusitis in children.Methods：51 cases of chronic purulent sinusitis patients were randomly divided into the control group of 25 cases and the observation group of 26 cases.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.Curative effect of the two groups of children was compared after treatment.Results：In the observation group,23 cases were healed or in remission,the effective rate was 88.46% and in the control group,17 cases were healed or in remission,the effective rate was 68.00%.The curative effect of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of children chronic suppurative sinusitis has obvious therapeutic effect.
