从脾胃论治2型糖尿病高脂血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨从脾胃论治2型糖尿病高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:62例患者中病位在脾胃者为治疗组(26例),采用醒脾泄热法治疗。病位在其他脏腑者为对照组(36例),以益气养阴法治疗。两组均给予饮食、血糖控制、血脂康1/2量等基础治疗。治疗前后观察两组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)变化。结果:对照组治疗后TC、TG无明显变化;治疗组治疗后TG明显降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TC指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:从脾胃论治2型糖尿病高脂血症疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of hyperlipidemia of type 2 diabetes treated from the spleen and stomach.Methods：62 cases of patients were divided into the treatment group of 26 cases（spleen and stomach as the disease location） and the control group of 36 cases（other viscera as as the disease location）.The two group were treated with awaking the spleen and reducing heat method and supplementing qi and nourishing yin method respectively.Foundation treatment such as diet,blood glucose control,and half dosage of xuezhikang were given of the two groups.The change of total cholesterol（TC） and three acyl glycerin（TG） in the two group before and after the treatment were observed.Results：After treatment,the change of TC and TG of the control group were not obvious;TG of the treatment group after treatment was significantly decreased,and comparison of TG between the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05） and TC index had no obvious change（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of hyperlipicdemia of type 2 diabetes treated from the spleen and stomach is remarkable.
