依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将150例急性脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为依达拉奉组、疏血通组和联合用药组三组,所有患者每天常规服用100 mg阿司匹林肠溶片。依达拉奉组采用依达拉奉静脉滴注,每天2次;疏血通组采用疏血通静脉滴注,每天2次;联合用药组采用依达拉奉联合疏血通静脉滴注,每天2次,14 d为1个疗程。患者入院时及治疗15 d后比较临床疗效。结果:依达拉奉组有效率为88.0%;疏血通组有效率为86.0%,而联合用药组有效率为96.0%。联合用药组跟其他两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗效果最好。结论:依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Edaravone combined with Shuxuetong in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods：150 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into three groups,the pure Edaravone group,the pure Shuxuetong group,combination of the two drugs group.All patients daily regularly used 100 mg of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets.The pure Edaravone group was treated with intravenous infusion Edaravone,2 times a day;the pure Shuxuetong group was given intravenous infusion Shuxuetong,2 times a day;Combination of the two drugs group was treated with intravenous infusion Edaravone and Shuxuetong,2 times a day,14 days as a course of treatment.The clinical curative effects were compared when patients were admitted to hospital and 15 days after treatment.Results：Effective rate of the pure Edaravone group was 88.0%,the rate of the pure Shuxuetong group was 86.0%,and the rate of combination of the two drugs group was 96.0%.Clinical curative effect of combination of the two drugs group compared with the other two groups showed that the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;the curative effect of combination of the two drugs group was the best.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Edaravone combined with Shuxuetong in treating acute cerebral infarction was definite.
