补肾化瘀法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾化瘀法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:82例腰椎间盘突出症患者以补肾化瘀法为主拟中药汤剂(方药组成:熟地黄30 g,山药20 g,菟丝子15 g,鹿角胶10 g,枸杞子20 g,杜仲30 g,地龙30 g,桃仁15 g,红花10 g,当归20g,川芎15 g,川牛膝12 g,桂枝3 g,炙甘草6 g)治疗。结果:治疗后显效47例,有效27例,无效8例,有效率为90.2%。结论:补肾化瘀法为主治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效较好,不良反应少。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：82 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction mainly made according to invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis method.Composition：Prepared rehmannia root 30 g,Chinese yam 20 g,Semen Cuscutae15 g,antler gum 10 g,fructus lycii 20 g,Eucommia ulmoides 30 g,lumbricus 15 g,safflower carthamus10 g,Angelica sinensis 20 g,Ligusticum wallichii 15 g,medicinal cyathula root 12 g,cassia twig 3 g,fried licorice root 6 g）.Result：After treatment,47 cases were markedly improved,27 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 90.2%.Conclusion：Invigorating kidney and removing blood stasis method treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc has good curative effect,less adverse reaction.
