中西医结合治疗早期老年性白内障临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗早期老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组口服维生素及吡诺克辛钠滴眼液局部滴眼。治疗组内服自拟消障退翳方、麝珠明目滴眼液局部滴眼及针灸治疗,两组均以1个月为1疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:对照组显效10例,有效17例,无效13例,有效率为67.50%。治疗组显效21例,有效15例,无效4例,有效率为90.00%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用中西医结合治疗早期老年性白内障疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating early period senile cataract.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given oral vitamin and Pirenoxine Sodium Eye Drops for local eye drops.The treatment group was treated with oral self-made Xiaozhang Tuiyi Prescription,and Shezhu Mingmu Eye Drops for local eye drops and acupuncture therapy.One month as one course of treatment,and the curative effect were observed after 2 courses of treatment.Results：In the control group,10 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 13 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 67.50%.In the treatment group,21 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 90.00%.Comparison of the curative effect of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of using combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of early period senile cataract curative is remarkable.
