中西医结合治疗儿童慢性化脓性鼻窦炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗儿童慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将51例慢性化脓性鼻窦炎患儿按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组25例采用常规西医治疗,观察组26例在对照组的基础上采用中医辨证治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后疗效。结果:观察组中有23例患儿痊愈或病情得到控制,有效率为88.46%;对照组中有17例患儿痊愈或病情得到控制,有效率为68.00%。观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童慢性化脓性鼻窦炎具有明显的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic suppurative sinusitis in children.Methods:51 cases of chronic purulent sinusitis patients were randomly divided into the control group of 25 cases and the observation group of 26 cases.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.Curative effect of the two groups of children was compared after treatment.Results:In the observation group,23 cases were healed or in remission,the effective rate was 88.46% and in the control group,17 cases were healed or in remission,the effective rate was 68.00%.The curative effect of the observation group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of children chronic suppurative sinusitis has obvious therapeutic effect.
